HR Advisor

This charitable organisation has an urgent requirement for an employee relations HR Advisor with large scale multi-site experience.

My client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support its Retail and Fund-raising teams. This is an excellent opportunity to develop tools and practices that assist and develop managers and their team to perform in their roles. You will be reporting to the People Business Partner and will be providing a professional HR Service to managers that span across employee relations, recruitment and the development of our teams.

Responsibilities:-

• Providing advice and support to managers in handling complex employee relations issues such as discipline, absence, changes to terms and conditions and assist Managers in the preparation of case statements
• Acting as the People representatives at formal hearings and meetings
• Assisting with the roll out and implementation of Policies and procedures and promoting Best Practices
• Attending selections interviews
• To support other associated HR tasks or projects

Salary is £30,000 - £35,000pa Competitive Benefits Package 25 days holidays to 30 days Buy and sell holiday scheme

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
