One of our favourite property clients is seeking to recruit a dynamic and efficient Office Manager/Executive Assistant to the Director, currently based in Bayswater. The  Director has a very busy diary and this role will require someone who has had extensive experience with diary management and minute taking.

  • Arranging travel and occasionally, travelling with the Director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
  • Organising and maintaining the Directors diary and making appointments;
  • Dealing with incoming emails, post, often corresponding on behalf of the Team;
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, summary dashboards and presentations;
  • Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the Construction Director is well prepared for meetings;
  • Responsible for collating and filing office accounts and expenses;
  • Managing operations in the Operations Team office;
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing. Experience or knowledge in Document Control systems is advantageous (Aconex / Viewpoint).

This role requires a highly proactive, professional and intelligent Executive Assistant/Office Manager who thrives on working under pressure and has excellent organisation and communication skills. An excellent command of the English language and the ability to demonstrate a high level of similar support are prerequisites for this position.
