Our client is a high end retailer of luxury goods with a longstanding reputation of high quality consumer products.

They require a PA to support their Director of Marketing and Director of Finance in all aspects of diary and complex travel management. They are both extremely busy individuals therefore superb gatekeeping skills are essential. This is a dynamic and supportive environment with a creative culture and as a result they want a team orientated Executive Assistant who is flexible and personable on all levels. This is a temporary position until the company fills the role permanently.

You must have supported directors within the retail industry and will have at least 5 years supporting C Suite individuals. You must have experience with SAP and creating and receipting POs

This is an ideal role for an experience PA with lots of initiative. Fluent in Spanish is ideal.
