Senior HR Manager

Superb role for a highly talented Senior HR Manager to join this newly created finance firm in W1. With a staff approaching 100 already, you will have a start-up mentality (though will appreciate the solid backers behind the venture), will be adept at dealing with and making an impact on senior stakeholders and most importantly will lead by example.

This hands-on role requires a motivated HR expert (CIPD qualified) who can support across all HR functions and spearhead their strategy. You will have experience as an HR Generalist in the finance or legal sector and will possess a strong knowledge of UK Employment Law. This is the ideal role for a proactive Manager who can lead from the front, enjoys being part of a dynamic team and who also values the importance of mentoring. Developing culture and employee relations will be key to the success of this role.
