Receptionist – Leading Advertising Agency!

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist (6months + in an established media brand/top FMCG ) to join this fun, fast paced, high-profile Head Office based in the heart of London’s amazing City. This is an opportunity not to be missed for the superstar receptionist out there who really goes the extra mile.

As the first point of contact your role will include meeting and greeting clients; maintaining relationships and establishing new ones, coordinating and preparing meeting rooms, including refreshments, managing subscriptions and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests as well as occasional administrative support.

You will be well spoken, well dressed and extremely organised with meticulous attention to detail. You will have at least 6months  front line reception and admin experience ideally within a media or high profile environment. This role really needs you to be the face of the company so an approachable, friendly and positive manner is a must. We need an organised individual who is able to effectively multi-task and meet/greet visitors and remain calm under pressure. Most importantly you'll have bags of energy and oomph!  This needs an experienced receptionist with the superstar quality who really has the whole package!
