Bid Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an award winning global architecture firm currently looking for a Bid Coordinator.

They really are a great practice with an impressive portfolio and a number of awards under their belt.  They have a new position currently as a Bid Coordinator supporting their Bid Manager on the smooth delivery of the global bid process.  As the Bid Coordinator you will ensure the practice delivers highly competitive, concise and compelling responses to public and private sector bids and RFP’s. You’re responsible for receiving, assessing and evaluating bid notices and opportunities, making appropriate recommendations, seeking out business opportunities via bid portals across the practice and assist in the delivery of the business development strategy.  As well as this you get to use your creative side writing content and preparing documents with your graphics skills in Indesign.  It’s a great role with lots of scope and a chance to be an integral part of the companies, success.  I this sounds like something you want to get involved in you’ll need to be exceptionally organised, competent at dealing with people of all levels, excellent written and graphics skills and some knowledge and experience of the bid process.  Whether you are a Team Coordinator looking to step up or an experienced Bid Coordinator, send in your CV asap and make sure you don’t miss out on this great new position in the practice.   Must have Indesign skills.
