Temporary Spanish speaking Compliance Assistant

This global leader in the Foreign Exchange world, are seeking a Spanish speaking Compliance Assistant to support them with a client file remediation project, dealing with existing Spanish clients.

This role is to start ASAP, and will last for at least 4-6 weeks.

The responsibilities of the Spanish speaking Compliance Assistant will include:

Requesting KYC information from clients using their Spanish language skils

Undertaking KYC checks on private companies, partnerships, trusts and various offshore vehicles

Liaising with other departments to ensure the timely return of documentation

Updating and maintaining a central spreadsheet

Producing weekly MI reporting

Spanish speaking Compliance Assistant - what we're looking for:

Previous experience of Compliance, specifically KYC and CDD, is essential

Fluent Spanish is also required

Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Excellent communication skills

A keen eye for detail

The ability to work on your own initiative
