This role would suit an experienced administrator who has a keen interest in HR.
Our client a professional services firm in the City is looking for a HR Assistant to assist their HR Consultancy team by providing operational support to a wide range of clients on HR and related matters.
Some of the key aspects of this role are:
- To assist the HR Consultancy team to provide a range of consultancy services to clients within the designated timescales.
- To assist the HR Consultancy team to proactively support clients to develop and deliver their HR solutions, such as drafting relevant documentation for approval
- To be responsible for ensuring any client databases are diligently documented with work undertaken and up-to-date information at all times for reference and communicating to Partners on advice/support given to their respective clients.
- To prepare appointment and reference check letters, as required.
- To draft offer documentation and contracts of employment for approval
This role would suit someone with some experience of HR administration looking to gain more experience and grow their career in HR.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Essential
- 3 A Levels, or equivalent.
- GCSE (x5) including English and Maths at grade A-C or equivalent
- Able to work to deadlines and highly organised
- Sound attention to detail
- Able to communicate succinctly both verbally and in writing
- Intermediate MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and databases.
- Approachable with excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
