Marketing Assistant – Start Up Entrepreneurs

As marketing assistant your role is largely autonomous and supports the Management team in achieving growth and membership objectives. You will be involved in coordinating outbound marketing campaigns, generating ideas to support behavioural change and communicating with the existing membership base to ensure high levels of engagement. You will create and design briefs, communicate via SMS & email marketing, plan & execute social media competitions and campaigns, negotiate local partnerships and benchmark competitive offers.

You are a graduate with some commercial experience of the marketing piece, entrepreneurial, analytical and creative in style with an excellent understanding of Social Media. You’ll have strong interpersonal skills, have the ability to work under high pressure and have a passion for a changing business environment.
