A high-end luxury online fashion brand is looking for a Part-Time PA to support its lovely CEO. This role comes with a fabulous working culture and great hours.
A rare and fabulous opportunity has arisen to support the most fantastic CEO in a 1:1 role, both in a business and private capacity. Based in stunning offices in the heart of the west end, this is an EA/PA opening, with extreme variety and so much to enjoy. The successful applicant will be experienced, cheerful, proactive and dynamic. We need someone who is not afraid to take control of situations, who will go the extra mile, who is always one step ahead of the game, who is interested and engaged in all aspects of business and someone seeking to look after, whole heartedly, an inspirational character in a fulfilling role.
You will be able to prioritise, organise, think on your feet and possess a willing and “can do” nature. The CEO is incredibly busy and you will need to anticipate their needs and have a desire to care and look after them. With an attitude where nothing is too much trouble, you will work from initiative, be a natural multi tasker and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A bit about the role itself; you will be coordinating and booking light international travel, logistics upon arrival, managing a complex diary, dealing with expenses, invoices, bills and essentially making life easy for the CEO and take charge of situations and his personal life matters, for both him and his family.
