We are looking for a bright and proactive Student Services Administrator to join student services team on a temporary ongoing basis. This is an entry level role within this contemporary arts organisation. An opportunity not to be missed!

Who will you be working for?

This is a royal academy that specialises in the visual arts. Situated in central London, students develop their work over a three year postgraduate programme. As one of the oldest arts school in the UK, this organisation is steeped in history but remains at the forefront of contemporary art, spearheading a new generation of international students.

What you will be doing?

In this role you will be providing administrative support to the Academy in relating to admissions, student induction processes, travel activities, finance, communications and graduate engagement. You will be acting as first point of contact of for enquiries to the school via phone, post and email and helping students along with the admissions and induction process. This is a busy and varied role where you'll be of crucial support to various departments and functions.

About you?

We are looking for someone who has previous administration experience as this is a crucial support role. You should be highly confident and conscientious with a strong work ethic. Having excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook would help you succeed in this role. A friendly, approachable and professional method of working along with excellent interpersonal skills will help you develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Personal experience of high education in the visual arts would be desirable.
