A successful, well-established, pan-European private equity firm has a new opening for a committed, seasoned trilingual Executive Assistant with prefect fluency in Italian and English to provide comprehensive 1:1 PA administrative support to a very busy Managing Partner. This EA role is office based and will incorporate both business and Private PA support which may require some overtime yet very minimal out of hours support. It is preffered if you speak additional fluent Spanish although this is not a prerequisite.

You will work together with a small group of multilingual team PAs to ensure a smooth day to day running of the office which has a very cosmopolitan feel. You will be responsible for dairy and inbox management, scheduling meetings and appointments, arranging detailed travel itineraries and visas, processing expenses, preparing presentations and organising events. This is a great opportunity for you to use your Italian and Spanish language skills whilst working within a busy, international environment!

Suitable candidates must be perfectly fluent in Italian and English, possess a proven PA/EA background with experience of working in fast-paced investment banking, private equity, venture capital or roadshow environments with the ability to demonstrate excellent coordination and multitasking skills (as there is strong focus on travel coordination in this role). You will need to be resilient, display a degree of autonomy whilst being able using sound judgement and have a demonstrable set of problem-solving skills.

Profile

  • First class written and verbal communications skills in Italian and English
  • Additional fluent written and spoken Spanish language skills are preferred
  • Previous experience working at Board member/CEO/Director level as a bilingual Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, EA, PA or Senior Secretary
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills, adaptable, approachable, reliable, flexible, diligent, discreet
  • Excellent organisational skills providing executive assistant support at CEO / Director / Board member level in Italian, Spanish and English
  • Solid experience of working in fast-paced investment banking, private equity, venture capital or roadshow environments
  • Able to manage your own workload as needed whilst juggling multiple tasks simultaneously within a short time frames.
  • Excellent secretarial skills including typing, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and numerical skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
