Bis Recruit is an independent recruitment consultancy established in 2004. As part of our plans to expand we are seeking perceptive, friendly and quick thinking people to join our lively and supportive team based in Marylebone. We are a driven and as a result were rewarded with trips to New York and Dublin in 2017.

We are looking for a bright, energetic and ambitious people looking to start a career in a people orientated business. You must be someone who is motivated by targets, loves to succeed and be a natural communicator.

Recruitment offers a varied and fast paced career with quick progression to people with the right drive and talent. By nature you will be entrepreneurial, ambitious and competitive with a desire to earn great money. For these roles we have had success with people looking to change career and those straight out of education.

On top of a competitive basic salary you will have the opportunity to earn generous bonus from day 1. You will be given full training, developing skills and experience in a supportive environment. We would hope you will be a fully-fledged consultant after approximately 3-6 months.

On a day to day basis you can expect to do all the following

Sourcing candidates through placing effective adverts, searching job-boards and using LinkedIn.

Generating leads and sourcing potential new clients. This will involve cold calling and attending networking events.

Attending client meetings and presenting Bis Recruit and the services we can offer.

Writing client presentations, marketing and candidate profiles.
