EA (Contract)

We are working on a really lovely EA role looking after a hugely successful Partner at a leading West End based Executive Search firm. Our client are based in very smart offices and they have a more boutique feel, where the support staff are highly valued and rewarded. There is a flat structure internally and nurturing talent is a real focus, so there are a lot of growth and progression opportunities.

This role is looking after a Partner who is very comfortable fully utilising their EA. As well as doing all of the traditional EA duties, the Partner will also get the successful candidate involved in projects. The EA will be very much managing the search process and liaise directly with candidates and clients, so we are looking for someone who is professional, articulate and able to build relationships. There is a lot of networking which goes on and events which the EA will organise as well as heavy logistic management.

The other EAs in the team and delightful, it is collaborative and grown up place to work where the work life balance is respected. We have had a long term relationship with this client and are very excited to be working with them again, this is a special one!

We are looking for EAs who have either had previous experience within the Executive Search / Head-hunting sector or alternatively, the professional services sector. A solid CV working at senior level is a must.
