HR Administrator - City of London - £15 - £17

A financial trading company is currently looking for a well organised HR Administrator to work closely with the HR Director and HR Business Partner and provide a professional, proactive, efficient and effective HR administration service to the HR department on a temp to perm basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking all pre-employment screening including sending out reference requests for new joiners and processing CRB/credit checks where required
  • Adding new joiners to benefit schemes as appropriate
  • Liaising with the business re new joiner start dates, equipment required etc.
  • Undertaking exit interviews and ensuring that all responses are recorded
  • Ensuring that all administrative actions are completed on the leaver checklist in a timely manner
  • Monitor probation periods and ensure that probation review meetings take place
  • Preparing monthly statistics for the HR dashboard
  • Undertaking all administration for monthly payroll process
  • Assisting the finance team and HR Business Partner with monthly payroll checking and due diligence
  • Liaising with candidates and agencies
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Hosting the monthly HR induction meeting for new joiners
  • Responding to ad hoc employee queries
  • Assisting the head of HR and the HR business partner with ad hoc projects
  • Preparing correspondence using HR template letters as required or drafting letters as appropriate.
