Catering Assistant - Global Media Agency

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic catering assistant to join a global, award winning media agency on a short term temporary basis. During your temp assignment as a catering assistant, you will assist with managing x8 meeting rooms, setting up the meeting rooms, catering arrangements, attending to the meeting rooms and making sure that the meeting rooms are presentable at all times. You will enjoy working by yourself and as part of a wider team, you will be a forward thinker, with plenty of intuitive, eye for detail and will be someone who thrives working in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have the relevant skills/ transferable experience and will have worked in a creative/media background previously.
