My client is currently looking for an 'extra pair of hands' to support their Managing Partner with meetings taking place in their central London office outside of hours. 

Are you currently studying and looking for flexible work alongside? Or are you self-employed and looking for work in the evenings & weekends to fit around your schedule?

This role will require work out-of-hours and so the candidate must be very flexible. Typically the candidate will be in the office 50-60% of the time and the rest will be spent running errands (work in the evenings and weekends rather than standard working hours). A wonderful opportunity for someone who is looking to prove themselves in a role of this level and would like to fit around potentially other commitments or is not phased by working evenings and weekends to gain such great experience.

The ideal candidate would have at least 1 years' experience in an administration role as well as being highly organised, flexible and confident supporting a senior partner out of hours.

The duties required will include but not be limited to:

  • Running errands
  • Sourcing and purchasing items and ensuring they are picked up and taken to the correct office
  • Daily communication with the Head of Operations and the other Personal Assistants within the company
  • Booking and organising travel
  • Office management and facilities support at the weekend
  • Sourcing, booking and setting up catering for late night and weekend meetings
  • Organising the office
  • Undertaking research and background reading on behalf of the Partners

Personal Requirements:

  • Reactive, response and contactable at all times
  • Highly intelligent (candidates must have a 1st class or high 2:1 equivalent degree from a top University)
  • Hard working and reliable
  • A high standard of verbal and written communication is essential
  • Prior experience in a Personal Assistant role is essential
  • A good communicator who can anticipate the needs of others
  • Discretion and professionalism are essential
  • Strong administrative skills
  • A candidate who speaks an additional language would be desirable
  • Driving license desirable

Flexibility with regards to working hours is vital:

  • Mid-week evening hours approximately: 17:00 – 22:00
  • Weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday) approximately: 09:00- 17:00
  • 50-60% of the time spent in the office, the rest running errands 
  • 35 hour working week
