PA to Founder of Creative Agency

PA to Founder of Creative Agency – up to £38k – West End.

I have taken on a fantastic new position for a PA with 2-5 years’ experience to support the Founder of a Creative Agency.

This is a really exciting position as the company is at very early stages and you will be involved across all aspects of this start-up. It’s a really important time for the company and will be an extremely busy and diverse role.

Duties will include:

• Heavy diary management
• Internal and external meeting coordination
• Keeping on top of administration
• Prompting the Founder
• PowerPoint presentations
• Travel coordination
• Developing key relationships with clients  

Ideal candidate:

• Confident working both alone and in a team
• Not afraid to push back
• Intelligent and uses initiative
• Ambitious and driven
• Additional languages would be an advantage
