One of the UK’s most progressive and exciting, digital agencies is looking for a Catering Assistant to join their busy London team! You will report into the Operations Manager and work alongside the Reception team, Head of front office and the Building Management team to make up a really fun and vibrant Operations Team! This role is a run around, all hands on deck type role so you must be energetic, fun and happy to work in a fast paced environment. In return, you will work with the most amazing people in an incredible office that feels more like a playground for adults and really fosters creativity!
In this Catering Assistant role, you will ensure that all 11 meeting rooms are set up correctly at all times, prepare tea and coffees on arrival, serve food at events, assist with the preparation of breakfast and lunch throughout the day, replenish and restock goods when necessary and check the next day schedule to ensure they have the correct staff cover. This is a large office so being able to multi-task is essential as you will be kept extremely busy at all times. If ever there is downtime, you will also work really closely with Reception so being a team player is key!
The ideal candidate will have 1 year+ experience in catering/ hospitality and some sort of creative outlet/ passion on the side. You will have great communication skills and be a creative thinker who is able to liaise with anyone and everyone! You will be able to think on your feet and come with new ideas. You will also be able to maintain a clear and professional manner when dealing with queries!
