We are seeking an ambitious, go-getting, high energy and proactive Internal Communications Specialist/Coordinator with strong social media and writing skills to support a dynamic and incredibly busy Group Communications Manager. You will also get fully involved in the Group Communications – projects, strategy, website and media/internet side of the business which will keep you on your toes and prove very interesting.
Managing an incredibly busy diary, emails and the internal Comms/marketing, it will therefore be critical that the successful candidate has great attention to detail and able to coordinate the creation of new internal/external websites, profiles, newsletters, apps and tools – ensuring you are ‘one step ahead at all times’. You will develop close relationships with group wide Comms teams, IT, HR and management therefore a calm, unflappable manner and ‘muck in’ attitude with the rest of the team is essential.
This is a truly exciting and full on opportunity for an experienced, high energy, self-sufficient and passionate Internal Comms Specialist who wants to grow and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team.

Internal Group Communications experience essential
Graduate

Advanced IT and Media skills – Adobe InDesign and Illustrator; Microsoft 365
