A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an established Private PA to support a UHNW family in Knightsbridge. My client has a well-known fashion brand and her husband owns a hedge fund. As the PA you must be focussed, detail oriented, and used to running a very tight ship. 

Duties include;

  • Schedule meetings and maintain the dynamic calendar of a high profile individual
  • Manage all travel requirements - both domestic and business. Produce detailed travel itineraries  
  • Manage mail & correspondence
  • Maintain strong relationship with the staff of all properties, liaise when necessary, advice on ETA of the principal, look after preparations, etc.
  • Produce detailed weekly reports  to summarise key updates, actions and decisions required
  • Monitor household expenses
  • Oversee HR requirements for the private household staff
  • Event planning/execution (ie. Christmas parties, children parties, social events, etc.) 
  • Calendar management for the entire family
  • Look after children’s calendars and activities in collaboration with the nanny
  • Shifting from one project to the other with little notice  
  • Support with personal and lifestyle management
  • Knowledge of pet travel requirements within Europe
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the property management company to complete regular house maintenance tasks and ad hoc projects as required
  • Maintain medical file and records, manage claims and appointments
  • Artwork inventory & insurance renewal
  • Handle payments on behalf of the household
  • Handle business correspondence, contracts and other relevant paperwork
  • Run errands when required
  • 24/7 availability 

Skills required;

  • Fluent in English - French is an advantage but not essential

Person required;

  • Degree educated
  • Previous experience working for a HNWI
  • Private travel booking experience essential

  • Black book of contacts within London and possibly abroad
  • Polished, tactful and charming, capable of representing the principal whenever required
