Head PA - Creative Agency

Calling all Head PA’s!

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a Head PA at one of our most successful, creative agencies in London.

This is a brand new role, reporting to the CEOs and will play a pivotal role in the performance of the agency. Based in amazing offices in West London, this role will help streamline and ensure effective collaboration among a group of brilliant PA’s so they really need an experienced candidate and in return for your hard work, this amazing agency is offering a generous salary as well as comprehensive benefits (subsidised food and drink, free breakfasts, exercise classes, healthcare, Nutritionist etc.)

Your role will involve all traditional PA/EA duties from extensive diary and travel to stakeholder management, preparing decks, to managing expenses and everything in between! In addition, you will be responsible for the line management of the PA department of 10 upcoming PA’s. This is a big role, requiring very strong experience as an EA as well as management and will involve resourcing and reallocating where required, ensuing everyone has the help they need, managing performance and more.

To be considered for this role, you MUST have 7 years+ PA experience from within a large company, as well as strong management experience (managed PAs previously) from within a creative agency. You will need to be able to hold your own and manage effectively and will be used to working under pressure in a very fast paced environment. You will have personality and bring a sense of fun as well as gravitas to the role. You will be a top class communicator, extremely strong organisation and time management, excellent attention to detail and the ability to make judgments in a positive and approachable way. The ideal candidate will be energetic and bring a sense of fun too!
