The role:


In the role of a Float EA you will be providing classic EA support to a wide team of colleagues.


Duties include:

• Building relationships with colleagues and clients on both a local and global scale
• Diary management; organising calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings
• Organising meeting venues
• Travel Management
• Processing expenses
• Updating databases
• General Administrative tasks
