PA Luxury Design

PA / Team Assistant  - Luxury Design - South West London . A fantastic non-corporate PA opportunity has arisen to support the family and their team within their luxury design office - they run a bespoke design service for their HNW client base, located from their well-positioned offices in South West London.  

Duties for the family will include managing a really complicated international diary,  complex travel arrangements, household maintenance, vehicle maintenance, personal shopping, booking appointments, and liaising with all family members to ensure good co-ordination is in place.

Office duties will include event planning,  extensive liaison with their celebrity client-base, team travel, office management including ordering supplies for the office, equipment, repairs.  This is a super friendly supportive office, they are looking for someone who can ideally start as soon as possible as they are only getting busier!  They need someone with amazing attention to detail due to the level that they operate at.  They need someone who is really committed to furthering their PA career within a bespoke HNW environment.  The hours require flexibility -this is not 24/7 but the office does occasionally work past 5.30pm with occasional requirement to travel.  If you are interested in finding out more about this role please send your CV to Roberta Grade Recruitment (agy)
