An incredible opportunity has arisen for a receptionist to join an established and growing sports science practice.

What will I be doing day to day?

The person best suited to this role be empathetic, personable and will have an interest in sport.

Day to day responsibilities include

• Meeting and greeting patients and visitors
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Managing appointment booking and practitioner diaries
• Handling point of contact payment (invoicing and receipting) and collecting outstanding patient debts
• Processing all insurance company invoicing
• Attend staff meetings and company events as required
• Engaging in the monthly reviews with the practice manager

Experience in a similar role and an interest in sports therapy is required
