Our client is a well known, successful accountancy firm.

Description

Our client is a well known, successful, accountancy firm, looking to recruit a permanent Receptionist to be based at it's London office. Working in a team of 2 Receptionists, your duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, ensuring all visitors sign in.
  • Maintaining the Reception Register keeping daily attendance of all Partners and key staff.
  • Answering the phone, directing calls, taking and emailing detailed messages to staff.
  • Check and deal with voicemail messages.
  • Booking meeting rooms and ordering catering for meetings
  • Signing for and checking for deliveries (consumables/stationery) and arranging for them to be moved from reception as quickly as possible.
  • Dealing with deliveries, and couriers, both incoming and also booking for onward deliveries, advising addressee/log on desk diary.
  • Booking couriers
  • Dealing with staff requests eg charging of mobile phones, laptops, wifi codes, printing requests and fight check-ins
  • Issue staff access passes to new staff and deactivate when necessary
  • Remove the previous day's newspapers and ensure the current day's papers.
  • Deal with contractors on-site
  • Ensure the reception area is kept tidy and presentable at all times
  • Manage security access camera to the building's main entrance
  • Print documentation for staff/Partners for meetings
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations when requested
  • Main point of contat for any facilities issue sand liaise with the Office Manager and contractors

Profile

The successful candidate for this role will:

  • Have previously worked as a Receptionist
  • Be a great team player
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent organisational, time management and multi tasking skills
  • Be calm under pressure with a "Can Do", positive attitude to their work
  • Good IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Job Offer

On offer for the candidate is a salary of £26,000 + benefits and 25 days holiday. Hours are 08:00 -16 Monday to Friday.
