Senior Volunteer Recruitment and Partnership Officer
Salary: £28,337 - £30,986

We are working with a youth driven sustainable development charity who connect young volunteers with communities across the globe where together, they help tackle poverty and developmental issues. This inspiring charity develops youth led programmes that focus on civil society, livelihoods, natural resource management, water, sanitation and hygiene. The impact they bring to these communities is meaningful and long lasting.
The Senior Volunteer Recruitment and Partnership Officer will lead on the volunteer conversion journey for young people interested in the charity’s programmes which will include researching, identifying and establishing volunteer referral partner opportunities. In collaboration with the Marketing and Volunteer Recruitment team, you will lead on developing the conversion funnel from process and activity to messaging and reporting.
- The post holder will be responsible for growing the number of volunteers recruited onto their programmes and increasing income in this area. In addition to this, you will compile regular management reports on sales and conversion activity in order to forecast volunteer income and country project numbers. This will also include: reporting on application number’s, budgets and forecasts and analysing enquiry and application trends to influence how they can improve their engagement with volunteers.
- This role will suit an individual who has previous experience in sales - from prospect identification to securing new deals either within the charity or commercial sector. You will have demontratable experience in developing conversion journey’s, exceptional relationship and account management skills and proven analytical and management reporting experience.
Due to the international aspects of this role, working knowledge of another language would be an advantage.
