An exciting opportunity for an experienced French speaking Executive Assistant to be a part of a successful global multi-billion dollar organisation based in central London. They provide a wide range of boutique investment services and this French speaking Executive Assistant role will support their CEO in his daily tasks.

You will provide excellent support to the Chief Executive, managing diaries, preparing meetings, travel and you will have highly organised and excellent communications skills in French and English. As a French speaking Executive Assistant you will have experience as a bilingual PA or EA secretary working at the highest levels. You will be a team player, build relationships with the other team members and will have the ability to work well in a fast paced environment.

It is an amazing opportunity for a French speaking Executive assistant to be a part of a successful company, to develop your competence and your personal skills.

Profile

  • Fluent and written in both French and English.
  • Strong organisation and communication skills, communicate clearly and effectively with the board.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, Private Pa , Office Manager, Bilingual Secretary working at executive or board level.
  • Proven experience of working in a PA or secretarial or executive administrative function in a corporate, business.
  • Investment, financial services, wealth management or asset investment experience required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working closely at Chief Executive.
  • Be a team player and be able to work independently.
