My client is a dynamic fast growing start-up based in South London who're looking for a Team Assistant who's passionate about Customer Experience.

You'll be working as part of a small family like team who're all passionate about getting the best out of Customer Experiences.

Responsible for supporting the team of 4, looking after all diary management, travel arrangements, acting as their gate-keeper. You will also be the main point of contact for all Customers, building solid relationships & reviewing/taking on any obstacles they may have with a positive attitude. Completing reviews with not only the team but also key customers suggesting new ways of working & communicating any feedback across the team.

To be considered for this Team Assistant position you should have excellent communication skills & able to present at C-Level, passionate about Customer Experience with previous experience in a similar work environment. You should also be able to multitask & work to tight deadlines with a strong analytical nature.
