Our client, a global financial organisation based in the City, has fantastic new temporary Mail Merge/Document Production Specialist position become available.  This is a temporary position to start immediately which will last for 4-6 weeks.

You will be creating corporate mail merge items – so attention to detail, speed and accuracy is imperative. You will be capable of creating mail merges from Excel spreadsheets into Word documents and will have at least 3+ years’ experience.

Responsibilities of the role

• Merging complex documents into templates whist retaining formatting
• Re-formatting cells and correcting information
• Using Excel and Word to create complex Mail Merges with different data requirements
• Splitting merged files into individual documents
• Problem solving of any issues within the mail merge. A strong knowledge and understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Word and Excel is essential.
• Ensuring correct composition of all documents
