PA to HR Director

A City based Insurance Company are looking for an HR PA / Team Assistant to join their team on a temp to perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to work within a busy HR environment, meeting deadlines and providing a high level of support to the Director of Human Resources.

The successful candidate will have some HR administration experience within a corporate environment, able to work quickly and accurately under pressure whilst providing a first class service to the Director, team and clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Diary management and travel arrangements
* Coordinating invoices and expenses
* Organising meeting rooms and itineraries
* Document production and reporting on the HR systems
* Conduct induction meetings for all new starters ensuring all administration arrangements are in place
* Liaising with candidates and recruitment agencies arranging interviews and due diligence
* Assisting with the salary review process including research into market rates and pay stats
* Managing the exit interview process and all administration surrounding this
* Produce absence statistics
* Assisting on specific projects when required
* Provide general office administration support to the team

The client is looking for someone that enjoys the administration side but is also happy to provide personal support to the HR Director as and when needed.
The ideal candidate will be hard-working proactive and flexible and be able to go that extra mile to exceed expectations at all time.
