Your new company
My client a leader in their field is seeking a Tender Analyst to join their team. You will be responsible for project managing the tender process, dealing with pre-qualification questionnaires and tender responses.

Your new role
The Tender Analyst will be responsible for:
Pricing administration - investigate discrepancies and invoice disputes against the PO's and pricing systems

• Analyse root causes of discrepancies
• Manage contracts

Management of Contracts - keep abreast of business, product portfolio and marketing development

• Produce and manage data
• Process improvement
• Check contracts have been adhered to

• Manage expectations with the business
• Respond to tender enquiries
• Process contracts
• Review potential price increases

What you'll need to succeed
University degree or equivalent desirable
Experience in tendering and contracting desirable
Good organisational and analytical skills
Business partnering
Excellent IT skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self motivated and able to work independently
