HR Business Partner, London, Insurance

My client, a global Insurance firm, is looking for a HR Business Partner for their business for a 6+month FTC. You will help drive the capability of the HR generalist population whilst supporting senior partners and the leadership team across the UK.

Ideally, they are looking for a business savvy individual with experience working in matrixed environments, and who has dealt day-to-day with revenue generators. They also desire someone who thinks strategically and tactically as your core stakeholders include c-suite.

Someone who has previous stakeholder management experience and is able to be hands-on would be ideal for this role. Furthermore, experience at another global financial or professional services firm is strongly desirable.
