Our client, a hugely successful bespoke lifestyle management company is looking for a Household Manager to help run multiple properties for their clients in New York. After probation, there will be the flexibility to work 1-2 days per week remotely.

Daily duties will include:

  • Household spot checks
  • Employee one-on-one on-site meetings (i.e. housekeeper, chef, nanny)
  • Creating employee evaluation criteria and conducting employee reviews
  • Recruitment and employee onboarding
  • Creation of offer letters, job descriptions and employee handbooks
  • Household guide creation
  • General office administration and management
  • Implementation of household best practices and procedures
  • Staff scheduling
  • Hours submission
  • Receipt and expense reconciliation
  • Manage internal systems

If you have at least 3 years experience in a managerial/leadership role as well as 3 years recruitment experience, an understanding and experience with the running of large HNW households and the standards required for this could be the role for you.
