EA - Marketing

I am working on an amazing new EA/Marketing role for one of London’s top consultancy firms. Based in the City, they are an incredibly high brow company with a huge international presence. This is an excellent opportunity for an EA with a creative flair or prior Marketing experience, to step into the role on a temp to perm basis with an immediate start.

You will be confident and efficient across all traditional EA duties including diary management, travel booking, scheduling internal and external meetings, gatekeeping and inbox management. The Marketing side will see you working closely with the Head of Marketing; you’ll be a competent writer (perhaps with experience of writing your own blog or copywriting), look after events and have strong CRM skills.

You will have proven EA experience to enable you to hit the ground running, be a self-starter and have excellent interpersonal skills.

You will be a positive, proactive person with strong Microsoft Office skills, and ideally be degree educated.
