An international, award-winning engineering & design consultancy, based in the heart of the west end, are looking for a PA/Office Manager to join their wonderful team. This role is paying up to £45k, depending on experience, and comes with a bonus, benefits and a fantastic warm, yet dynamic, working culture.
This fabulous company are seeking a PA/Office Manager to join the Senior Management Team, who has had previous experience working within an internationally operational company from an engineering, construction or architectural background. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 8 years Board Director level PA experience, an advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, along with previous experience supporting the compilation of complex bid and pre-qualification tenders.
Excellent organisational, management and communication skills will be crucial to the role. You will be maintaining accurate building documentation, maintaining adherence to H&S requirement, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the office, and adherence to policies and systems and much more. A flexible and professional working style will be necessary to the role as you will be assisting the Directors with board and management meetings and reports as well as various diverse and exciting projects. This will be an extremely important and varied role with so much to get involved in.
