Charity People are recruiting for a bright, proactive and ambitious Team Administrator to join their Office Support Team on a 3-month temporary basis. Charity People are a specialist Charity recruitment company and our aim is to promote the sector as a great place to work and to attract the most talented and committed candidates within the sector.

We require a strong administrator with lots of initiative who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment as this will be a busy and varied role. You will be providing administrative and finance support to the Office Support Team – being a great team player and having some knowledge of finance/payroll is key. You will need to be approachable and possess outstanding communication skills, as you will be the first point of contact for all visitors via face-to-face, email correspondence and telephone.

This is a face-paced role, mainly supporting the Team Manager on the temporary side of the business, but also the wider team. There is scope for this role to become permanent, where you will have the chance to work on receiving a quarterly bonus, and if you are keen to become a Consultant in the long run this is possible. To be considered for this role you will be a confident communicator, personable, have strong admin, IT skills and excellent attention to detail skills. The ideal candidate will bring some finance and payroll knowledge/ experience.
