Fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious Private Clinic based in the heart of the West End of London. Due to growth they are seeking a Patient Care Administrator to join their team with an ASAP start date. Shift patterns are as follows and are allocated a month in advance. Flexibility is a must, as things may need to be adapted however this works both ways for them. You will be required to work Saturdays in exchange for a weekday.
Shifts are typically 08:00-16:30, 9:00-17:30, 9:30-18:00.
Typical Duties Will Include
• Answer queries on the phone
• To meet with the patients at their initial consultation and guide them through their first visits and making them aware that you will be their contact person if they have any queries in the future
• Completing to-do lists
• To book post-operative and enhancement appointments
• Create deposit receipts
• Chase refractive prescriptions for patients
• Be responsible for waiting list/cancellation list & priority bookings
• Distribute leads
• Ensure all the client’s needs are met while visiting the practice
• Distribute any incoming emails and be in charge of the finance email account
• Scanning
• Taking meeting minutes
• To update all records on the patient database as appropriate
• To play an active part in the maintenance of a supportive learning environment within the clinic
• To complete the end of day administration
• Support the Patient Care Coordinator Team
• To hit monthly targets • Collate various reports as per managements wishes
• Send target emails to the Patient Care Coordinator team
• Reschedule patients
• Checking Patient Care Coordinator emails and distributing or responding when a member of the team is on annual leave
You will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will ideally have some previous customer service experience, along with a background in administration. Time management skills are a must, as you will be working on multiple things at one time. If you feel you have the experience necessary for this role, please do get in touch
