EA to CEO

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a top EA to support the CEO of a global private equity firm, based in the city. The company is a business development arm of a Canadian company that is doing incredibly well and has previously floated portfolio companies on the Toronto stock exchange. Based in beautiful offices in Chancery Lane the EA will be supporting the CEO with everything from: complex diary and travel management, communication with stakeholders, partners and UHNWs, coordinating board meetings, acting as the eyes and ears when the boss is away, assisting with personal matters and helping with charitable projects. You must have at least ten years EA experience, be highly organised, able to multitask, confident, discreet and come across in a professional demeanour. Heavy emphasis is placed on deportment due to the involvement with such senior bodies. A trajectory to an executive role is possible for the right candidate.
