This opportunity as Office Manager / PA is working within the sales office of a fast-paced, dynamic global Property Consultancy based in the West End.

This is a responsible, multi-aspect role ensuring the smooth running of the office, looking after new starters, liaising with HR, financial aspects and providing a PA service to the Office Head. This is a great opportunity for a true all-rounder to join a top Property company!

Requirements:

*PA / secretarial skills and experience gained within professional services
*An interest in property
*Strong MS Office skills
*60 wpm audio and copy typing
*Exemplary organisational and time management talents
*Outstanding communication, both spoken and written
*Flexible, proactive nature
*Total discretion and confidentiality
*High attention to detail

Responsibilities:

*PA support including diary and email management
*Organising meetings and viewings
*Audio and copy typing and preparing documents, minutes, schedules etc
*Looking after new starters and assisting with inductions
*Liaising with HR regarding vacancies, new starters, absence and holiday requests
*Office branding
*Facilities management including Health & Safety
*Acting as a main point for contact for key clients
*Financial responsibilities such as reporting, compiling and processing expenses, dealing with invoices etc
