My client are looking for a Sales Progression Manager to join their team in London. You will be running sales from point of reservation through to completion. You will assist and support sales teams/agents, purchasers and solicitors to progress all property sales through to legal exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with sales teams on site/estate agents ensuring information is up to date in regard to reservations, property prices, availability
  • Guiding customers as well as sales teams throughout the process
  • Liaising with customers, solicitors, mortgage brokers/financial advisors monitoring and tracking each sale in order to meet exchange and completion deadlines
  • Liaising with our solicitors to manage document progression to ensure we adhere to agreed deadlines.
  • Advising and supporting customers, agents and other team members with sales transactions activity and maintaining data and reporting on these activities to the relevant business channels.
  • Analysis of property management reports and data, to help construct and identify trends that may influence our sales rates.
  • Ensuring customers meet the shared ownership scheme criteria
  • Helping the team to devise and implement appropriate improvement plans, through team meetings and focus sessions.
  • Provide support to the Acquisitions Director and undertake other duties as required.

The ideal Sales Progressor will have:

  • Experience of residential property sales/transactions and conveyance process.
  • Front-line customer service.
  • Working with and managing service and relationships with client businesses.
  • Ability to understand and interpret customer and stakeholder contracts such as residential tenancies.
  • Good standard of numeracy and literacy and basic skills with Excel spreadsheets and property databases.
  • Team working - ability to work and thrive as the member of a team.
  • High level of analysis, attention to detail and judgement.
  • Highly motivated individual with the ability to time manage and work independently
