We are looking for an energetic and driven Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join a growing Global Advisory Consultancy based in Midtown, New York. You must be eligible to work in the US.  The role has two main functions: Executive Assistant to NY Partner and directors and Operations Support for the Director of Operations. It is an exciting, varied and demanding role with considerable responsibility in a professional and fast-paced office environment. A great deal of multi-tasking is required.

The successful candidate will be someone with several years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to a CEO/CFO/Chairman, who is adept at managing complex schedules and who enjoys working in a busy environment and has had experience of adapting and multi-tasking to the changing demands and priorities of a growing professional firm. You will have excellent written and spoken English and pay meticulous attention to detail.

The successful candidate should be a self-starter that takes initiative, is a strong writer and comfortable working with multiple nationalities.

He or she will be comfortable working in a small office, ‘start-up’ environment and communicating in person and via phone/VC.  Meticulous attention to detail and personal initiative is critical; strong IT skills; a conscientious worker with a flexible and professional attitude and manner are also important.

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 3-5 years’ experience with the key responsibilities for the role.
