Global investment company with offices in Mayfair and Monaco are looking for a client facing receptionist who can undertake Team Assistant duties also !
This investment company is based in the heart of Mayfair in offices that have been designed by one of London's top interior designers!
The environment is cool and contemporary, in this non-traditional reception function it is imperative that the ideal candidate can undertake team assistant type duties, fluency in French would be a real plus!!
Duties;
Greeting guests and managing meeting rooms
Answering incoming calls
Organising meetings, booking international travel and cars
Processing expenses
Liaising with various suppliers
Meeting room schedules - ensuring they are all assigned to the correct room
Liaising with the Monaco office
Experience
Ideally a grad with circa 2 years experience
Excellent communication and IT skills
Fluency in French would be an advantage
