Events & Roadshow Manager

We are working on an newly created Senior Events position within a global and highly reputable investment management firm. This role will work with the global team to deliver and execute all corporate access events across Europe – delivering roadshows, events and conferences and working alongside investment professionals to connect them with key senior management within corporate organisations. The role is a senior position and will be the first hire of this kind into the London office, with a view to taking on further junior members who would report into this role at a future date.

The ideal candidate:

• Extensive financial services experience – ideally within investment banking
• Circa 3+ years working in events on the sales side as part of corporate access teams – working with investors and senior management, C-Suite level, of corporate organisations
• Experience in end to end event management (5+ years), across Europe and dealing with various vendors
• Great communicator, stakeholder management, self-motivated, problem solver, creative thinker who strives to go above and beyond
• Highly organised, strong attention to detail with great time management
• European language such as French, Spanish or German is preferred but not essential
