A highly successful investment company is seeking a top PA to join their team, based in beautiful offices in Mayfair. The PA will be supporting three senior partners and must have previous experience of supporting multiple individuals, in order to juggle priorities and organise conflicting schedules. The company are doing incredibly well and have offices overseas as well as in London. Duties will include; heavy diary and travel management, scheduling meetings, managing invoices and expenses, office support and general administrative tasks. It is a small team, and therefore the PA must be flexible and willing to muck in when needed. The Partners are heavily involved with the investment of their money and will therefore be in the office regularly and getting involved in all aspects of the business. This is a demanding and fats paced role that is not for the faint hearted. Ideally, they are looking for someone with previous experience of HNWIs, who is able to schedule meetings and conferences across multiple time zones, who acts in a professional manor and is able to take responsibility during the absence of senior management. The PA will be smart, confident and always proactively thinking. The PA must have at least 4 years relevant experience - fluent French or Turkish is an advantage. The company offer a lovely working environment, a good salary and competitive benefits.
