My client based in London are looking to recruit a Rewards and Benefits manager on a 12 month fixed term contract. Rewards and Benefits Manager will be required to design, administer and evaluate the employee and partner compensation and benefits proposition ensuring that it is aligned to the organisational strategy, values and culture of the company.

My client based in London are looking to recruit a Rewards and Benefits manager on a 12 month fixed term contract. Rewards and Benefits Manager will be required to design, administer and evaluate the employee and partner compensation and benefits proposition ensuring that it is aligned to the organisational strategy, values and culture of the company.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads the annual salary review process and bonus planning in the UK, working alongside the Talent Business Partners, providing guidance to the Board
- Works with the International Talent Director to have oversight of the international Proactively manages the UK employee benefits policies and provide guidance to Talent Business Partners to ensure that the benefits remain competitive and are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements
- Recommends and implements a benefits proposition aligned to our regional office(s)
- Design and implement a global mobility policy internationally to ensure a consistent experience for every partner or employee when they are seconded
- Must have experience in delivering and managing employee and Partner benefits.
- Strong customer centric approach with ability to build relationships and influence others
- Experience in the management of pension and benefit providers and flexible benefit schemes Knowledge and experience of bonus schemes
