This award winning global property company have an exciting opportunity for a Secretary to join them based in their North Oxfordshire office.
The role will be supporting the team in one of their specialist divisions.
Responsibilities include:
*Full diary management
*Arranging appointments/ meetings
*Email management
*Prepare reports and papers for meetings
*Minute taking in meetings
*Audio /Copy typing letters, memos, minutes and schedules
*Updating the Property Database
*Facilities management
*Administration of expense claims
*Organising business events and functions
Experience, Skills required:
*Strong secretarial experience
*Experience gained ideally within the property sector
*Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English
*Able to communicate with people of all levels face to face and over the telephone
*Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
*An understanding of social media
*Typing of 60wpm
*Proven ability of working well under pressure
*Flexible and adaptable in your approach
