Fabulous opportunity has risen for a Payroll Administrator/Bursar to join a Preparatory school in South West London! Payroll experience key!
Payroll experience is essential but the ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, be a self-starter, have a great eye for detail and be hugely numerate/good with numbers!
The role will involve:
- Maintaining staff payroll records (including pensions)
- Overseeing sales ledger
- Maintaining pupil fee accounts
- Overseeing staff invoicing
- Liaising with Registrar for the enrolment of new pupils
- Production of daily pay control sheets
- Ad hoc admin duties
About you:-
- Previous experience of processing payroll is ESSENTIAL
- Must be highly competent user of Microsoft Office - particularly Excel
- Highly numerate
- Strong IT skills
- Happy to work autonomously/in a stand alone role
