Your role

As the astounding Executive Assistant that you are, managing and organising two very on-the-go complex diaries will be a walk in the park. Your flawless organisational skills will be able to administer any hurdle. Your sharp attention to detail will be on top of the small details when drafting and overseeing key documentation. Assist with the formatting of presentations for C-Suite level meetings. This assignment will keep you busy and always on the go.

Daily activities

• Complex diary management
• Presentation formatting
• Draft documents
• Travel management
• Expenses and billings
• Attend client meetings

Your skills & expertise

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Sharp attention to detail
• Immaculate presentation
• Advanced Microsoft office skills
• ‘Can do’ attitude
• Amazing organisational skills
