This is not a junior role and would ideally suit an LPC/BPTC graduate with previous paralegal experience.

Our Client are an established firm of solicitors specialising in Financial Claims (including mis-sold PPI).

They employ finance experts, solicitors and barristers and provide ground breaking advice and debt recovery expertise. They are looking for passionate and hard-working individual who is interested in working in a busy litigation team.

You will work directly with the Department Head and within a new team. Experience in the following is needed:

* Understanding and managing a caseload
* Case preparation and Letter Drafting
* Preparation of court documents and witness statements
* Telephone contact with clients and debtors
* Prepare, complete and file complex documents
* Submit to and collect documents from clients and other third parties
* Liaise with panel solicitors, financial institutions and Governmental bodies

However, they provide full training. An excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic area in a specialist law firm. You will emerge with technical knowledge and practical experience of a fast-paced industry.
